At 2Cats, situated amidst entertainment spots, I found an intriguing cocktail lounge with its own unique charm. Visiting on a Thursday for their early drink specials, I discovered a panoptic layout - the bar centralized with seating surrounding it. Surprisingly, there wasn't a cocktail menu, a contrast to the lounge's name and theme. Yet, the bartender directed our attention to their fantastic deals, swiftly shifting our focus. A vodka-cranberry blend, while strong, fit the bar's emerging vibe. Opting for a cozy booth, my companion and I delved into deep (and humorous) discussions, all while the oldies music vibe perfectly matched the relaxed atmosphere, though it crescendoed later in the evening. Despite missing the cocktail menu, the reasonably priced drinks and chill ambiance make 2Cats a great spot for a laid-back night out, provided you skip the Foucault jokes.
